Terms of service
Last updated September 19, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you (the organisation whose account signs up) and BIPulse, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada. By starting a trial you agree to them.
The service
BIPulse renders Power BI reports you have access to, writes a summary of each recipient’s view, and emails it on the schedule you set. It reads through your own Microsoft sign-in and never modifies your Power BI content.
Trial and billing
- The free trial lasts 14 days. A payment card is required to start it. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- After the trial, the plan is billed monthly in US dollars at the price shown when you signed up. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.
- The plan includes 300 deliveries per calendar month (one delivery is one email to one recipient). Reports pause when the limit is reached and resume the following month.
- Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Your responsibilities
- You choose the recipients. Only send reports to people entitled to see that data, and only to addresses you’re allowed to email.
- Your use of Power BI, including how its content is shared with the people you send to, remains subject to your agreement with Microsoft. BIPulse doesn’t grant or replace any Microsoft licence.
- Keep your Microsoft account secure. Anything sent from your account is your responsibility.
- Don’t use BIPulse to send unsolicited email or anything unlawful.
Summaries
Summaries are generated automatically from the numbers in the report and checked against them before sending. They are a convenience, not advice; the report itself is the source of truth.
Availability and liability
BIPulse is provided as is. We aim for reliable delivery but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service; Power BI, email providers and networks are outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, including decisions made from a summary.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or whose payments fail, after notifying you by email where practical.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
